Absolutely LOVE Michele Walker PT, she teaches Silver Sneakers at Spears Y on Horse Pen Creek Road in Greensboro, NC. I attend Tuesdays for Silver Sneakers and the class continues to get bigger due to how AMAZING of a teacher Michele is. She works us hard in a good way to where we can enjoy it! She hits every muscle in our body with her exercises to make sure we always get an amazing workout - she is the perfect medicine for every senior citizen and makes going to the Y to exercise very enjoyable.
