Join us for DanceFit for the Mind & Body, part of the Seniors in Motion series at ProActive Therapy & Wellness. This joyful, low-impact dance class blends movement, music, and memory to keep you feeling energized, confident, and connected.

Each session features easy-to-follow, choreographed sequences set to classic hits and upbeat tunes from across the decades. You’ll enjoy a great aerobic workout while giving your brain a boost — studies show that learning and remembering dance steps can improve coordination, focus, and cognitive function.

Whether you’re dancing on your feet or from a chair, you’ll move at your own pace in a supportive, laughter-filled environment that celebrates progress over perfection.
