Looking for a workout that’s easy to follow, efficient, and doesn’t take over your day? Our 30-Minute Full-Body Circuit offers a smart, no-nonsense approach to staying strong, balanced, and active—without long classes or complicated routines.

Inspired by the success of the classic Curves program, this circuit-style workout guides you through a series of stations that target your legs, arms, core, balance, and heart health. Each station focuses on one area at a time, creating a safe, well-rounded workout that feels manageable and purposeful.

Come When It Works for You

This is an independent, open-gym format—not a set class time.
Wednesdays between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., you can arrive at any time and complete your full workout in just 30 minutes.

Classes are held in our peaceful, accessible studio designed for therapeutic movement.

Class is included in the Longevity Program Membership.
