For more than 30 years, I’ve helped older adults improve balance, mobility, and confidence so they can continue doing the things they love.
One of the biggest fears I hear from people is: “What if I fall and can’t get back up?”
This workshop was created to help answer that question with practical solutions, hands-on guidance, and a supportive environment where people can safely practice real-life skills that matter.
